The sign of your body is Vitamin Deficiency

Brittle nails, eyes feel dry, cracked at the tip of the mouth ...

Have you ever experienced something like that? Maybe some of us feel it is something trivial, but these things are a given signal the body to signal a lack of vitamins in the body. Recognize the signals a lack of vitamins will make us more sensitive to the state of our bodies.

Here are some signals that our bodies lack certain substances:


Nails break easily. Chances are the result of iron deficiency, zinc and essential fatty acids. We recommend the consumption of meat, beans and fish. Do not underestimate, because it could be an indication that you are affected by thyroid disease.

Cracked at the tip of the mouth. The cause may occur due to iron deficiency, vitamin B12, B6 and folic acid. Should you eat meat, nuts and green vegetables.
