After Sports, Drinking Chocolate Milk!

Usually, most people choose an isotonic drink after exercise. From now on, change the habit. A recent study states that milk chocolate is the right choice to be consumed after exercise. Why is that?

Ok brother ... According to Joel Stager, a psychologist and director of the Human Performance Laboratory at Indiana University, said that the children's favorite beverage can help restore the body to work optimally.

Chocolate milk provides carbohydrates and protein provide the body. In each pack of milk chocolate contains 8 to 11 grams of protein. The combination of carbohydrates and protein in milk is believed to add or build muscle and reduce muscle damage.

Not only that, milk chocolate also contains 80 percent protein and 20 percent casein whey proteins. Both calcium derived from cow's milk is very beneficial for the body.

Fast-acting whey protein provides a steady stream of amino acids to move into the muscle tissue, while the casein protein is digested more slowly which allows the flow of amino acids to work longer in a certain time.

The research presented in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition also found that those who drank chocolate milk after exercise showed increased performance on the session interval. This suggests that the carbohydrate in milk chocolate did a good job compared with isotonic drinks.

How? Are you going to change your habits? The answer is up to you ........
