Four Alternative Exercise When Sick

Sick, does not mean you still obstacles to exercise. Just note the time also its intensity. If severely ill give you a little time off one to two days, then try some light exercise the following:

Yoga or Stretching

A series of gentle yoga poses that can be miracles when you ill. This exercise helps improve blood flow to the muscles and relax your body, which is a great way to relieve tension or stress that you experience.

aquatics

Perform a relaxed kind of water sports. That way your body moves but the intensity remains safe. The rest of water also serves to carry the extra moisture on the body and helps relieve respiratory tract.

strength training

Not the kind of heavy cardio that you normally do while healthy. But the version of the slow and smooth, with movements in the exercise of this power remains strong body without spending great energy.

walking fast

Brisk walking can pump the heart and blood flow. Do this activity outdoors and get fresh air as a bonus.
