It's Really Safe Cell Phone!

One more evidence shows the use of cell phones do not increase the risk of cancer in the brain, Danish scientists claim that continuing research on the adverse effects of phones that rumors had spread in the community.

The study, led by the Institute of Cancer Epidemiology in Copenhagen is investigating more than 358,000 mobile phone users for nearly 18 years. They also found the effect of the length of the human central nervous risk of esophageal cancer is almost the same in the two types of participants, and not the user's mobile phone users.

They studied the entire population of Denmark aged over 30 years old and born in Denmark after 1925 with collecting information about customers of the mobile telephone network operators from Denmark and the Danish Cancer Register.

They analyzed data from 10,729 cases of central nervous system tumors that occurred between 1990 and 2007. The results researchers see when that number is limited by dividing the types of people are users and non users phone looks almost the same level of cancer cases in both types of study participants, both users and non users.

The researchers said they observed no increased risk for the occurrence of tumors or cancer in the central nervous system on the mobile phone users.

However, they see there is little relationship of increased risk in the subgroup of heavy users, or after the induction period is longer than 10 to 15 years. Further studies with large populations, where the potential for misclassification of exposure and minimized selection bias will be made.

"This study supports the majority of other reports which found no adverse effects from the use of the phone under normal exposure" explained Professor Malcolm Sperrin, director of Medical Physics at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, the British responded to this study.
