Insomnia is often considered a normal sleep disturbances. A recent study in Norway found that people who have problems sleeping at night when the risk of heart problems 45 percent higher than people who can sleep soon.

Insomnia can actually be solved in a simple manner. One of them is doing a hypnosis which aims to improve the quality of sleep.

"Hypnosis reduces the overall brain activity, including in areas associated with feelings of anxiety so that you can feel calmer," said Mark P. Jensen, Ph.D., vice president of research of the department of medical rehabilitation, University of Washington, as quoted from Prevention.

Here is a simple teknih with 3-2-1 steps recommended by Dr.Jensen that can make you fall asleep faster:

First, listen to three things, like the sound of air conditioning or the sound of your partner's breathing.

Second, look up three things. Think about your favorite picture or drawing a big blue sky.

Third, experience up to three things. Feel the surface of the bed is soft against the skin, or the breeze from the open window.
