Beware Symptoms of Listeriosis because Listeriosis is a disease caused by Listeria monocytogenes, with symptoms that vary depending on the infected area and age of the sufferer.

CAUSE
Listeria monocytogenes is found worldwide and in the gut of birds, spiders, crustaceans water animals (crustaceans) and mammals other than humans. In humans, listeriosis can affect almost every organ of the body.

SYMPTOMS

TREATMENT
Usually penicillin can cure listeriosis. If the infection has reached the heart valves, it is also given a second antibiotic, such as tobramycin. Eye infections can be treated with erythromycin by mouth.
