Black Meat Duplicate crust Cancer Risk

FOR chefs, start now you should begin to consider the maturity level of cooking, especially meat. Therefore, scientists have warned that the meat is cooked too mature can increase the risk of cancer.

It was found after finding the existence of a layer of black crust that forms on the outside of the steak in the form of red meat can increase the risk of colon tumor to double that.

Therefore, foods that are fried or cooked is somewhat risky because of hot temperatures convert the sugars and acids in muscle tissue into cancer-causing compounds levels. Cancer-causing substances called mutagens arise when foods are fried foods and baked at high temperatures.

Previous studies using mice as an animal experiment to assess the effects of burning human flesh. However, now scientists at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health has been experimenting with entering the human enzyme into mice to gain a better insight about how it affects us. They found that after rats were eating the crust of cooked meat, their risk of developing cancerous tumors increased.

"We want to study the development of colon tumors in mice that had been direkayasan such as the human gut and compare it with the development of tumors in normal mice fed the same food," the researchers said as quoted by the Daily Express.

"The results showed that the incidence of colon tumors increased from 31 percent to 80 percent in mice after consuming the substance of the crust of meat."
