Long-lived key - If you want to live longer, the key is to reduce stress, get married, and consume a glass of wine every night.
According to research from the University of Oregon, United States, recently, those who have a longer life is the spouse who consume wine. Conversely, those who do not eat them tend to be much shorter-lived.
Moreover, men who experience high stress levels. Usually they tend to have a mortality risk 50 percent higher. "Being a drinker of alcohol and smoking are risk factors for death," says Carolyn Aldwin, professor of human development and family sciences at Oregon State University.
