Problem of excessive weight or obesity has become epidemic to global health. This was disclosed by the Institute for the World Health Organization (WHO) which announced that 2.3 billion people worldwide are obese.
Over the last 30 years the number of obese people in the world has increased two-fold. The cause of obesity is believed to be related to unhealthy lifestyles, including eating fast food.
WHO head Margaret Chan, criticized the restaurant manager who has been producing fast food is considered a junk food. He said, cheap food with high calories is not very useful for health.
Chan called on governments around the world for the deadly epidemic in various ways. One of them, invites residents to live healthy by exercising and eating healthy foods.
