Consumption of probiotic yogurt was not so affect the quality of our digestive, American researchers found yogurt instead only affects the outbreak of the carbohydrates in our digestion.
Research has shown that probiotics, found in yogurt, can only help the bowel problems of light. However, to improve digestive health researchers did not see a major impact between microbiomes yogurt with our gut and influence overall body health.
To see this fact, researchers recruited seven pairs of identical female twins and gives them two servings of yogurt a day for seven weeks.
Then after seven days, the researchers analyzed stool samples from study participants, and found that yogurt does not contribute anything in the change of species or genes of intestinal bacteria.
In other words, the bacteria in yogurt does not affect anything on the physical health of participants, even when participants were tested again two weeks later. Researchers found that only carbohydrates break down in digestion when you eat yogurt
