5 Foods Maker Glad Effects

DO you feel a cup of coffee in the morning awake and able to make a fresh? Or, a bar of chocolate can make your heart happy? It's not just a feeling, research at Ohio University, reveal some foods that can affect our moods.

Like alcohol and drugs that affect mental health, food can also make us feel excited or calm.

Researcher Gary Wenk, from Ohio State University and Medical Center and author of a book titled, Your Brain on Food expressed any foods stimulate different areas of the brain, releasing various chemicals such as dopamine and serotonin. On the other side, amino acid deficiency can cause depression.


Here are some foods and ways of working will affect our mood:

a. chocolate
Releasing a chemical compound that causes feelings of joy, with little substance marijuana, so no wonder that many people liked to eat a snack on this one in different variants.

b. potato
These foods make us feel calm because the release of glucose into the blood as well as the effects of breast milk to the baby.

c. Beans, eggs, and milk
These foods produce the amino acid tryptophan, which produces pleasure hormone serotonin. Deficiency levels of tryptophan, we will tend to feel irritable and depressed.

d. Saffron, cinnamon, and fennel
These spices contain chemicals similar to mescaline. In large amounts, even taking these herbs can cause feelings of euphoria.

e. sugar
Sugar is vital for brain and help us to concentrate and learn many new things. Lack of sugar will make us always hungry
