When the Children Cow Milk Allergy

Milk allergy experienced by people whose stomach can not digest milk sugar called lactose. If they are desperate to drink milk, can experience the symptoms of allergies.

Starting from a prolonged cough, shortness of breath, abdominal cramps, diarrhea to bloody stools. Following advice from health experts for their children who are allergic to milk:

1. Choose lactose-free milk. If no, choose soy milk.

2. Avoid foods that contain high levels of lactose.
