Busy people often do not have time to exercise. But a new study shows by having a busy life and many friends were able to make people slimmer than to hours gym.
Busy working and socializing with many friends it can make the body increase the levels of brown fat or too well known dengak. Scientists believe that social stimuli can make the brain release chemicals that can turn a white fat (bad fats) into brown fat is good.
Brown Brown fat or adipose tissue (BAT) is a good fat that can burn calories to be used as heat, whereas white fat instead save the calories.
Tests showed the people who live in large communities and have more friends can reduce belly fat in half in four weeks compared with those who live in a quiet environment.
The test results also indicate that having many friends can make people have more of a chemical called brain-derived neurotrophic factor.
To change the brown to white fat usually takes exposure to extreme cold during the long period of time.
"I'm still amazed. Amount (brown fat) produced far more than you get with a treadmill. It is usually difficult to induce the switch from white fat into brown fat," explained Dr. Matthew During, wrote a study from Ohio State University, as reported by the mirror. co.uk, Wednesday (07/09/2011).
Dr. Lei Cao who is also co-wrote a report in the journal Cell Metabolism, said that most people often think of stress as a negative thing, but some kind of stress can also be good for health.
"It may offer insight into the research that shows the relationship between loneliness and poor health," said Dr. Lei Cao.
