Wife Getting Enough Sleep, Happy Marriage

Which came first, the marriage relationship is bad cause sleep disorders or sleep disorders cause the relation of husband and wife so bad? It's an important question that we need to reflect.

A happy marriage would make us sleep through the night. While marriages are less happy would increase the risk of sleep disorders. But otherwise, sleep disorders also make people more emotionally unstable, she irritable, less tolerant and have a low stress threshold.

A research shows a relationship between sleep with marriage. Prof. Wendy Troxel and her colleagues asked 2,000 women who have been married. They were asked about married status, sleep quality, how often have sleep disorders, and sleep-wake s chedule.

Women who live happier marriage, more comfortable sleep and wake up feeling alive and healthy, they are also not easy to wake up at night. It's easy to understand. While we were at loggerheads opinion, would be difficult to sleep with a partner.

But the same researchers proved that the opposite may also occur. New research presented at SLEEP 2011 meeting, showed that wives who experience sleep disorders will experience a negative interaction in the morning.

They recruited 35 spouse for 10 nights sleeping with actyiraphy, a device which records the activities of the body. Then they were asked to record the interaction with a partner.

The result, women who experience sleep disorders tend to experience negative interactions of spouse. The husband also reported a lack of positive interaction when the wife have trouble sleeping.

Prof. Wendy Troxel, quoted by WebMD saying, indeed there are gender differences in his research. Men did not seem to have the same effect sleep disorders than women. Women, he argues, is more expressive than men who tend to suppress negative feelings. But the result of women's sleep disorders, not limited to himself. Proven partner feel for the consequences.

So for the men, if you want a happy married life, be sure to sleep with a healthy partner. They recruited 35 spouse for 10 nights sleeping with actyiraphy, a device which records the activities of the body. Then they were asked to record the interaction with a partner.
