6 Ways To Not infected Depression

People who are depressed can cause additional stress on the people around them. Although technically not contagious depression, research shows that people who sadly can negatively impact the psychological condition of the people around him.

2. Remove the pressure
Do exercise every day, outdoors if possible. Endorphins are stimulated through exercise and sunlight can help prevent depression.

3. Spend time with happy people.

4. Enough sleep
Maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay happy.

5. Talk with someone else.

6. Do not feel embarrassed if a loved one, family members or couples experiencing depression.
