Reasons Women Overcome Stress Difficult

Almost everyone knows that stress is very dangerous for
physical and mental health. And, each person has their own way of coping with stress and pressure.

Men and women reveal a sense of distress in a way the opposite. Men tend to be more able to cope with stress than women. They are more able to remove it than women who prefer to hold it. Women will tend to be confused about how they can deal with stress. This has led to the emergence of a sense of loneliness and depression.

As reported by the Genius Beauty, a group of scientists from the University of North Carolina, under the guidance of the director of the project "Investigation of Stress", Susan Girdler, PhD., Try to examine why women are often difficult to get out of bleak times.

In that study, it is known that women tend to be happy to give advice to their friends who are experiencing stressful situations, invite their friends on vacation, and thinking about what should be continued thereafter. However, they can not do the same when the stress comes up to them. They will tend to make decisions that are not appropriate, if no one else besides them.

Dr. Alice Domar stated that 89 percent of female respondents in different age can not understand their own needs and unable to protect them from stress in a short period of time. However, nearly 95 percent of them knew how to cope.

For example, they can spend time outdoors daily activities, deep breathing, yoga, or occasionally consume sugary foods to cope with stress. However, none of that can instantly cure their stress.

The researchers found that the first reason why it is very difficult for women to cope with stress is that they do not really believe that these methods can help them.

Second, all knowledge and culture to encourage women to take care of themselves when stressed. This makes it more and more biased, they are increasingly confused over the situation.

In addition, the researchers believe that a lot of stress management methods require physical effort and psychological stress that women consciously believe that they will not be able to relax and cope
