Rest your brain 20 minutes to Remember Something Forgotten

In certain conditions people to forget what to do or want to take something. If you're having it try to give time for the brain to rest for 20 minutes.

Based on studies reported in Nature Neuroscience, when someone tries to remember something quickly things are forgotten, then there are various conflicting information that disrupts the brain's ability to remember.

This suggests that the brain does not have an unlimited capacity for storing information, but it takes some time to learn new things that can really save it.

"Sometimes a second memory that enter the brain might interfere with the first memory that already exists," said Edwin D. Phil Robertson, professor of neurology at Harvard Medical School, as quoted from, Menshealth.com, Thursday (08/09/2011).

To ensure that a person does not lose important information, then try to take a deep breath. Robertson said that if you want to remember two different things or are not connected, then try taking a break for 20 minutes between the two.

In previous studies researchers found to give a break for 20 minutes was enough for the brain to refresh, so they can think more clearly and recall.

Forgotten a person's inability to express what's on in the memory of his brain. Generally, as age increases, brain memory capacity will also decrease.

In addition to performing a break there are some things you can do to improve memory and reduce the risk of forgetfulness, which remain active mentally, socially and physically, as well as eating foods that can nourish the brain such as low fat and cholesterol but is rich in dark vegetables and fruits fruits.
