Many of Eating Fish While Pregnant Baby Increase Immune System

polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) found in many fish, walnut oil, or flaxseed. Pregnant women who consume lots of polyunsaturated fatty acids would make the baby's gut, develops a different, more immune to allergies.

PUFA allegedly able to increase the ability of intestinal immune cells respond to bacteria and foreign substances, thus making the baby more resistant to allergies. To date, several clinical trials have shown that fish oil supplements and walnuts in a pregnant woman can reduce the risk of allergies in children, but how the mechanism is still unknown.

Complementing the food a mother with n-3PUFA will cause the baby's gut becomes easier to absorb food. Gut to absorb food more easily allow bacteria and new substances pass through the gut wall and into the bloodstream more easily. These new substances will trigger the immune response of infants and antibody production.
