FOR many years, scientists have tried to explain why and what causes the appearance a healthy person's desire to tend to choose foods that are less healthy snacks and fast food.
Now psychotherapist Dr. Dorothy Virtue, believe he may have the answer. Dr. Virtue believes the desire nibble or chew food is a natural thing. His study focuses on the beliefs of any psychological problems like stress, anxiety, anger, and shame. All this encourages us to crave foods calming effect sweet, crunchy, chewy, or creamy foods.
a. crunchy foods
For starters, if you feel stressed, angry, or frustrated, you tend to turn to crunchy foods.
b. soft foods
Next, we'll crave creamy and soft foods like ice cream or cheese when feeling anxious, insecure, embarrassed, and guilty. Food type was chosen because it can make us feel relaxed and entertaining.
c. chewy foods
Then comes the desire to chew chewy foods. That happens when you may hide the old feelings that are stored or retained as jealous, confused, afraid that something bad will happen, or self hatred.
d. spicy foods
Want to feel hot or spicy foods means you want the excitement and intensity in life and you might get less sensation.
e. beans
Desire nut chewing can point you feel less happy and fun and enjoyment.
f. carbohydrate foods
Meanwhile, carbohydrates (bread, rice, and pasta) are most expected by the people who are stressed, nervous, or afraid.
g. cake
Strong desire to chew biscuits, cakes, and pies reflects the desire for convenience and certainty, but it also could signal a resistance to doing something you do not want.
h. chocolate
Chocolate is one of the most common desire, especially when we need love or feel disappointed in a relationship.
