5 Variants of non Cows Milk Alternatives

Bored with the usual milk drink every day? Are you lactose intolerant, vegetarian, or lovers of milk. Could not hurt to occasionally try a new dairy products, other than cow or goat. Here are five alternative types of milk a delicious and healthy course.


1. almond milk
Use it on cereal or oatmeal. With a few calories and no saturated fat, milk, almond milk is a healthy alternative choices. Try adding chocolate or vanilla to the milk to taste sweet.

2. soy milk
Type of milk is certainly better known than the almond milk. Soy milk is a source of protein and calcium. Be sure to choose organic soy milk product that is free of GMOs.

3. rice milk
You can not only eat rice, but also drink it, just try rice milk. Rice milk has a savory flavor and can be added in the refined cuisine. But this milk does not contain calcium and protein you can get from regular milk.

5. coconut milk

Coconut milk or coconut milk is used in many recipes. Coconut milk is a known source of healthy fats. Coconut milk is also packed with potassium and B12, which is important for vegetarians.
